Modon Holding P.S.C (“Modon”), an Abu Dhabi-based holding company, and Egypt’s Elsewedy Industrial Development have signed a letter of intent (LOI) to build and operate a new industrial zone servicing the Ras El Hekma city megaproject in Egypt.
